Worldwide Delivery

Standard delivery is free for orders over $80. Each pair is carefully inspected and shipped in secure, weather-resistant mailers made from recyclable material.

  • Where to: Worldwide
  • Speed: Standard (2-5 business days), Express (1-3 business days)
  • Cost: Free for orders over $80. For orders under $80, standard shipping is $8.99, and express shipping is $12.99. 
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Weekends: We ship Monday through Friday. Our couriers do not deliver on weekends.

First Pair Guarantee

We know buying compression socks online can be tricky. That’s why we offer a First Pair Guarantee: If your first pair doesn't fit perfectly, let us know! We will send you a different size to try at no extra cost. *Note: This applies to one pair of your first order only.

60-Day Free Returns

We want your feet to be happy. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 60 days of delivery. Please note that all returns after the first pair guarantee are subject to a 10% restocking fee per item, which will be deducted from your total refund.

Return Requirements:

  • Socks must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if items and packaging are not returned in their original condition.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders

We believe in transparent pricing. Your order will either ship domestically from your region, or we will prepay all tariffs, customs, duties, and taxes on international shipments. We ensure that no extra costs are charged to you upon delivery.

Damages & Issues

In the rare event that your socks arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the product and the packaging so we can send a replacement or organize a return immediately.

Cancellations

We process orders quickly to get them to your door. We offer a one-hour window for cancellations. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 60 minutes of purchase. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be cancelled.
