How do I track my package?

Tracking your new socks is easy! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where you can easily follow your parcel's journey. If you don't see the email, be sure to check your spam folder—sometimes it likes to hide there.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Damaged item? Don't sweat it! Send a photo of the damage and your order number to support@zonzasocks.com within 3 days of arrival. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund—your choice!

How should I wash my compression socks?

To keep the "squeeze" in your socks for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. If you prefer to use a washing machine, please ensure the water temperature is set to the lowest possible setting (Cold/Tap Cold) and use a "Delicate" cycle.

Regardless of how you wash them, please follow these two golden rules to protect the technical fibers:

  • Never use fabric softener or bleach: These chemicals break down the elastic fibers and will ruin the compression over time.
  • Always air dry: Avoid tumble drying or wringing them out; instead, gently squeeze the excess water out and lay them flat to dry. Never iron them or put them in the dryer, as high heat will cause the socks to lose their shape, pressure, and effectiveness.
Can I return or exchange the socks if they don't fit?

We know buying compression socks online can be tricky. That’s why we offer a First Pair Guarantee: If your first pair doesn't fit well, let us know! We will send you a different size to try at no extra cost, and you don't even have to send the old ones back. Note: This applies to the only one pair of your first order only.

What is the mmHg level of these socks?

We offer a variety of compression levels to suit different lifestyles, ranging from everyday support (15-20mmHg) to firm medical-grade (20-30mmHg). Because each style is designed for a specific purpose, please check the individual product page for the exact mmHg rating and benefit details.

Can I sleep in my compression socks?

Generally, we do not recommend sleeping in graduated compression socks unless specifically instructed by a healthcare professional.

Here’s why:

  • Gravity: Compression socks are designed to fight gravity while you are upright (sitting or standing). When you are lying down, your blood flow doesn’t have to work against gravity, so the extra pressure usually isn't necessary.
  • Circulation Risk: While you sleep, your blood pressure drops naturally. The compression could potentially become too restrictive during the night, leading to discomfort or disrupted circulation.
  • Skin Health: Your skin needs time to breathe! Giving your legs a break at night helps prevent dryness or irritation from extended wear.
How many hours a day should I wear them?

For the best results, we recommend wearing your compression socks for the entire duration of your workday or activity—usually between 8 to 12 hours. The goal is to support your circulation while you are active, sitting, or standing. Just remember to take them off before you go to sleep to give your legs a rest!

Are these suitable for long-haul flights?

Absolutely. In fact, long-haul flights are one of the best times to wear them!

When you’re sitting in a cramped airplane seat for hours, your "calf pump" (the muscles that help push blood back up to your heart) is inactive. This can lead to heavy, swollen "airplane legs" and, in some cases, increases the risk of blood clots (DVT).

How to get the most out of your ZONZA socks during travel:

  • Put them on early: Slide them on before you head to the airport or while you're waiting at the gate.
  • Keep moving: Even with compression socks, it’s a good idea to do some seated ankle circles or walk up and down the aisle when the "fasten seatbelt" sign is off.
  • Stay hydrated: Compression works best when your body is well-hydrated.
Do they help with varicose veins or edema?

Yes, they are specifically designed for this! Graduated compression is a gold standard for managing leg health. Here is how they help:

  • For Varicose Veins: The socks provide external pressure to the vein walls, helping the valves inside your veins close properly. This prevents blood from "pooling" or flowing backward, which is what causes veins to bulge and ache.
  • For Edema (Swelling): By applying consistent pressure to the tissues, the socks help move excess fluid back into the circulatory system, significantly reducing the "heavy" feeling and visible swelling in the ankles and calves.

Important Note: While our socks are designed to support leg health, they are not a cure for underlying medical conditions. If you have varicose veins, chronic edema, or are under a doctor’s care for a circulatory condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider to ensure you are using the correct mmHg level for your specific needs.

Can I wear them during a workout or only for recovery?

You can absolutely do both! Our compression socks are designed to support your legs before, during, and after physical activity.

During your workout:
Wearing compression while you train (running, cycling, or weightlifting) helps to reduce muscle oscillation—the "vibration" your muscles feel when they hit the ground. This can lead to less fatigue and a more stable, supported feeling while you move.

For recovery:
This is where compression really shines. Wearing the socks after a workout helps increase blood flow, which flushes out lactic acid and reduces that "delayed onset muscle soreness" (DOMS). Many athletes find that wearing them post-workout significantly speeds up their recovery time.

Can I put them in the dryer?

No. To keep your socks working effectively, you should avoid the dryer entirely.

How often should I replace my socks?

To ensure you are getting the full health benefits of graduated compression, we recommend replacing your socks every 4 to 6 months with regular wear.

Why do they need replacing?
Compression socks are technical garments. Over time, the elastic fibers (even with perfect care) will naturally begin to relax and lose their "snap." Once the socks become easier to put on or feel less "snug" than they did on day one, it’s a sign that the graduated pressure is no longer at the optimal level.

Signs it’s time for a new pair:

  • They feel significantly easier to slide on than when they were new.
  • You notice the socks sagging or sliding down your calf during the day.
  • The fabric has lost its elasticity and doesn't "rebound" after washing.
  • Visible thinning or small holes appear in the heel or toe.
